Our group has visited this prison twice. Lots of activity here, which is not surprising considering all of the death and despair the people in this place has endured. Many recorded EVPs cannot be posted because of the vulgarity they contain. The prison opened in 896 and closed in 1984. It has been the site of movies and music videos being filmed, including The Shawshank Redemption. There have been numerous violent occurences here, including executions by electric chair, murders, and natural deaths. The place is highly active, and mostly gives off a negative "vibe".
